How we Travel

We aim to minimize unnecessary CO2 usage by encouraging staff to share rides and where possible we reduce the amount of travel by using WebEx technology for meetings with our international clients.

Creating a Positive Workplace

We endeavour to create the best possible workplace as we understand that the success of our company depends on the people that work there and the contributions that they make. We pride ourselves on our personal, family run atmosphere and whilst we always expect a high level of professionalism within the workplace we also have fun, eat biscuits and try to make our company a great place to work.

Giving Back

As a company we strive to give something back to the community and are pleased to give our support to various local charities. Our chosen charity is Farleigh Hospice. This fantastic organisation is based on the notion of giving, providing care & support to individuals & families of those with life limiting illnesses. In 2011 we were given the 'Fundraiser of the Year' award. The guys & girls at the hospice support more than 1,100 people at any one time and rely solely on donations to fund the organisation in order to provide medical expertise , equipment & much more.

Helping the environment

We try and do our bit for the environment too, we don’t burn unnecessary electricity and we have an in-house kitchen which minimizes the use of take-out cups etc .

We were one of the sponsors of the ‘plant a tree’ scheme initiated by Maldon District Council. Each sponsor got to plant a London Plane tree to create the Olympic and Paralympics Avenue in Maldon to commemorate and celebrate one of the most exciting years in this country’s sporting history.
